1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contractual partner
The purchase contract is concluded with the association TBT Cosplay - Association for the Promotion, Maintenance, and Practice of Costume Making (Historical, Fantasy, and Sci-Fi) and Decoration Making (hereinafter referred to as TBT):

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The terms and conditions are available in German and can be viewed at the URL https://pinmania.at/agb/ or in english and can be viewed at the URL https://pinmania.at/en/Legal/Terms-of-Service/. The terms and conditions can be printed out using the browser's print function.
4. Offer, order, conclusion of contract
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.
The customer can place the desired products in the shopping cart and check them there. They can remove individual or all products from the shopping cart and change the quantity. The shopping cart displays the selected products, their individual prices, the total amount for the product, the shipping costs, and the total price of the order.
By clicking on “Proceed to checkout,” the customer is taken to the ‘Checkout’ page. There, they can enter their shipping details and select the payment method. By clicking on “Buy now,” the order is bindingly confirmed. Immediately after submitting the order, the customer will receive an email with the order details and, if applicable, payment instructions.
By clicking on the order button, a purchase contract is concluded between the customer and the TBT association for the goods contained in the shopping cart. If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, the purchase contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.
5. Shipping costs
The products are shipped via Österreichische Post AG or DHL. We charge shipping costs for this service, which can be viewed at https://pinmania.at/en/Legal/Shipping-and-Payment/.
It is possible to order products and pick them up at events where the association is present.
This option is only available for selected events and is limited in time.
If this option is offered, an option for collection can be selected in the shopping cart next to the shipping option during a previously announced period.
6. Payment methods Customers can choose between bank transfer/prepayment and PayPal to pay for the goods. Details of the payment procedures are provided at the URL https://pinmania.at/en/Legal/Shipping-and-Payment/.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the TBT association until full payment has been received.
8. Transport damage
If our goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the damage should be reported to the delivery company immediately and you should contact us without delay. Failure to make an immediate complaint or contact us immediately has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the logistics company or the transport insurance company.
Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation and § 36 VSBG:
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
